Returns and Order Revision Policy For Orders That Benefit from our Multibuy Summer Sorted Offer
Slipfree® items* that are purchased online from our website can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund (adjusted to reflect the discount tier applicable to the number of retained items and excluding delivery or return postage costs).
All items being returned for a refund MUST be in a re-saleable condition with all tags and labels attached.

Shoes must be returned on the cardboard hanger with tags and labels connecting the shoes.
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and if returning must have the hygiene label in place.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is evidence an item has been worn
If an item is received with tags and labels removed, a re-tagging fee of £1 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of restoring the item to a resaleable condition. We recommend keeping all tags attached until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
- If you return or edit order items from an order that benefitted from discount applied during the Summer Sorted Multibuy period, refunds will be calculated based on the discount tier in place at the time of purchase and the resulting discount tier.
- If you return all items from your order, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the items excluding delivery or return postage costs.
- If you return or edit to remove some items and your remaining basket still qualifies for the same discount tier, your refund will be calculated at the discounted price paid for the returned/edited item.
- If you return/ edit some items and your remaining basket no longer qualifies for the original discount tier, we will recalculate your order at the correct lower tier and adjust your refund accordingly.
