Slipfree® items* that are purchased online from our website can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be exchanged or for a full refund of the amount paid for the items (excluding delivery or return postage costs).

*Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:


Items reduced in price and marked as 'FINAL SALE'  cannot be returned or exchanged. 
These items are deeply discounted or are part of clearance sales. Please ensure you check our Size Guides and any specific product Size Advice before ordering

Exceptions: 
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team on help@slipfree.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement if the item is found to have a defect on delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at help@slipfree.co.uk immediately so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

 

If you are looking to return Slipfree® items purchased online for an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Package the items securely, ideally using the mailing bag the items were delivered in if possible.
    2. Please include a note detailing your name, order number and whether you are looking to exchange or receive a refund (this can be written on the original delivery note which already details your name and order number). Please also include a note indicating the reason for return or exchange.
    3. Please label the parcel to be returned to the following address:

    4. Take the package to the Post Office and return to us (please note buyer is  responsible for return postage costs, you are responsible for the item until it arrives with us, so keep your proof of postage)
Helpful Hint: The large majority of our packaging meets large letter requirements and should be classed as this if returning 1 or 2 items. If you are returning 3 items or more then the item will likely be classed as a small parcel
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any lost or damaged returned items.
  • We cannot accept returns for shoes or swimwear purchased through a retail store, please contact the store you purchased from to understand their returns policy.
Upon receiving your returned Slipfree® items we will either:
  1. Process an exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item (Shipping is free on replacement items)
    OR
  2. Process a refund for the purchase price of the items (excluding delivery and return postage costs). This will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method used (Unfortunately, we cannot refund different accounts or cards.). You will receive an automatic email to notify you that your refund has been issued. .

CANCELLING AN ORDER

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to cancel it before it leaves us. However, if it’s already on its way to you, don’t worry, you can still cancel by waiting for it to arrive and then returning it to us through our returns process.

If you’d like to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Please email us at help@slipfree.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

You must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order, and then return the item(s) within 14 days of letting us know.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period and return the goods on time:

  • We’ll refund the full cost of the item(s)

  • We’ll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid when ordering providing it is the whole order that is returned and not part of an order.
    (Please note: if you chose express or next-day delivery, we will only refund the standard delivery rate)

If you return an item without giving notice of cancellation, we’ll refund the cost of the item, but not the original delivery charge.
