The stretchy elastic nature of Slipfree® shoes means that they span more than one shoe size which is great news for those fast growing children's feet!. We know it's always tempting to buy bigger on children's shoes to give them some room to grow, but with Slipfree® shoes and their stretchy design, we would recommend to buy true to your child's foot size as the stretch in the design will allow the give for growing room and if in-between sizes please do use our handy foot measuring tool: (Download HERE) or refer to the sole length measurements below which can be used against the length of your child's sole, top of big toe to heel to help guide further.

DISPATCH TIMES

  • Orders which have been placed with Standard or Free delivery will be dispatched within 48 hours (Mon to Fri, Excl Bank Holidays) .
  • Orders which have been placed with Standard Plus, Express or Guaranteed next day delivery  will be dispatched the same day  for orders received by 2pm or the next working day (Mon-Fri, Excl Bank Holidays) for orders received after 2pm.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

Postage is FREE for orders over £40 (Aim to deliver in 2 working days, this is a tracked service) and from only £1.95 for orders under £40!

  1. Standard Delivery (£1.95) This will take approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch to arrive with you. This service does not offer a guaranteed delivery date and will not require a signature. 
  2. Standard Plus Delivery (£2.95) This will take approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch to arrive with you. This service does not offer a guaranteed delivery date and will not require a signature. 
  3. Express Tracked 24 Delivery (£5.95) using Royal Mail Tracked service. Delivery aim of 1 working day from dispatch. This service is very reliable and tracked but not guaranteed. 
  4. Guaranteed Next Day (Tuesday to Saturday) Delivery (£7.95)  (for orders placed Monday to Friday by 2pm, these will be dispatched the same day, for orders placed after 2pm on Friday to 2pm Monday, these will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery . This service is a fully tracked service and requires a signature. 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY OPTION 

  1.  Standard Shipping (£6.50) using Royal Mail International. This will take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive with you. This service is not tracked and will not require a signature. 

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to delays due to customs checks. 

Taxes (VAT) and a clearance fee on orders containing adult Items will be due and and you as the purchaser will be responsible for the payment of any such fees on request prior to delivery of items. For more information, please contact your local customs office.   

CHANNEL ISLANDS & ISLE OF MAN DELIVERY OPTION

      Not worth the price

      These shoes span so many sizes that my toddler couldn’t walk safely in them despite being in the middle of the size. They slip around on his feet and leave extra shoe at the front or back to trip on. They are thin and wouldn’t provide any protection underfoot if walking on a beach with a few stones etc.
      really disappointed overall. Would not recommend this company and shoes.

      We were sorry to see your review and read of the experience and feedback you had with your shoes. Although our shoes span multiple sizes, due to the stretchy nature of the shoes we do not find this causes an issue on sizing. Each size increases by 2cm in the sole length they are usually at their best fit when the wearer is in the middle of the size range.

      If you wanted to double check the sizing, we have a handy foot measuring guide ( in the header of the website and in the size guide) which you can print out and place your child’s foot on to see which size will be best. It will also allow you to see how much room they have in each size. You ideally want a little wiggle room around the toes, the guide will allow for this.

      The soles of Slipfree are soft and flexible and designed for a barefoot feel to allow the wearer to easily swim in them. Many of our customers use their Slipfree shoes on Pebbly beaches with no issues. If you wanted to take a peek at our Instagram account you can see many places where our customers are wearing their Slipfree shoes.

      As the shoes do such an important job helping protect feet from hot and slippery surfaces, sharp objects and infection, we hope your son will be able to wear his Slipfree again as his feet grow into them to enjoy the benefits in all the places Slipfree were designed for.
