    Care instructions

    Of course all of our sun safe swimsuits, shorts, and rash vests are machine-washable - we are human too!  Pop them in and pick a gentle wash cycle (40 degrees or lower - 30 is usually fine). Happy Days!

    Just remember that your swimwear likes a gentle wash, so:

    • Don’t bleach
    • Don’t tumble dry
    • Don’t dry clean
    • Don’t iron (um, hooray).

    DISPATCH TIMES

    • Orders will be dispatched the same day  for orders received by 1pm or the next working day (Mon-Fri, Excl Bank Holidays) for orders received after 1pm.                                                                                                                                                                            

      UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

      Postage is FREE for orders over £40 (Aim to deliver in 2 working days, this is a tracked service) and from only £2.95 for orders under £40!

      1. Standard Delivery (£2.95) Royal Mail Tracked 48! Delivery Aim 2-3 Working days from dispatch
      2. Express Delivery (£3.95) Royal Mail Tracked 24! Delivery Aim 1 Working day from dispatch
      3. Guaranteed Next Day (Tuesday to Saturday) Delivery (£8.95)  (for orders placed Monday to Friday by 2pm, these will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. For orders placed after 2pm on Friday to 2pm Monday, these will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. This service is a fully tracked service and requires a signature. 

      REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY OPTION 

      1.  Standard Shipping (£6.50) using Royal Mail International. This will take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive with you. This service is not tracked and will not require a signature. 

      Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to delays due to customs checks. 

      Taxes (VAT) and a clearance fee on orders containing adult Items will be due and and you as the purchaser will be responsible for the payment of any such fees on request prior to delivery of items. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

      Please note if Customs requires to see an invoice in order to clear your order. Your order confirmation email serves as your invoice and contains all the required information.

      CHANNEL ISLANDS & ISLE OF MAN DELIVERY OPTION

        • Once you have placed your order, you should receive 2 emails from us – an order confirmation and a confirmation of posting. Please check the details of your order thoroughly including address and size information. As our team will dispatch orders as quickly as possible there is a very small window in which an order can be changed. If you do need to make a change, please email us on help@slipfree.co.uk  
        • If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been shipped, but you haven’t yet received it in the time you had expected based on the delivery method chosen, please contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
