We would recommend to buy true to your shoe size and if in-between sizes please do use our handy foot measuring tool (DOWNLOAD HERE)
If you don't have a printer to hand you can measure your sole length (top of big toe to heel) using a blank piece of paper by making marks at these points and using this sole length measurement against our size guide which can be found here: SIZE GUIDE
