Slipfree® shoes are the essential accessory for safe, comfy, and fun adventures! Our non-slip soles help stop slips and slides on wet and dry surfaces, so kids can run, splash, and play freely—while parents can finally relax.

Super light and flexible, they’re easy to swim in, giving that barefoot feel while helping to keep feet safe from hot sand, sharp shells, and pesky verrucas. Made from recycled polyester, they’re  a step in the right direction towards sustainability and with an OEKO-TEX® certification, they’re kind to skin too!

The quick-drying, breathable fabric keeps feet happy, while  the UPF50+ sun protection keeps little toes safe in the sun. Plus, they’re a breeze to slip on and off—so no more battles with stiff beach shoes!

    Care instructions

    After each use, it’s best to give your Slipfrees a gentle wash. You can use a squirt of mild soap and warm (not hot) water. Drying them flat, inside-out, is best.

    Following a few rules will help to keep your Slipfrees
    looking gorgeous:

    • Don’t machine wash
    • Don’t take them to the dry cleaners (they’ll look at you funny)
    • Don’t use harsh detergent or bleach
    • Don’t iron them.

    When you love your Slipfree shoes and wear them in the pool and sunshine, some fading may occur. It’s caused by chlorine and UV rays. Chlorine sadly isn't a friend to fabrics. Fortunately, a little fading won’t
    stop you enjoying the benefits of Slipfree and a little rinse under the tap after each wear will help keep any fading to a minimum.

    The super thin soles can start to show signs of wear after lots of enthusiastic play, particularly if the floor is a little rough underfoot or more weight is applied on tippy toes!     DISPATCH TIMES

    • Orders which have been placed with Standard or Free delivery will be dispatched within 48 hours (Mon to Fri, Excl Bank Holidays) .
    • Orders which have been placed with Standard Plus, Express or Guaranteed next day delivery  will be dispatched the same day  for orders received by 2pm or the next working day (Mon-Fri, Excl Bank Holidays) for orders received after 2pm.                                                                                                                                                                            

      UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

       

      Postage is FREE for orders over £40 (Aim to deliver in 2 working days, this is a tracked service) and from only £1.95 for orders under £40!

      1. Standard Delivery (£1.95) This will take approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch to arrive with you. This service does not offer a guaranteed delivery date and will not require a signature. 
      2. Standard Plus Delivery (£2.95) This will take approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch to arrive with you. This service does not offer a guaranteed delivery date and will not require a signature. 
      3. Express Tracked 24 Delivery (£5.95) using Royal Mail Tracked service. Delivery aim of 1 working day from dispatch. This service is very reliable and tracked but not guaranteed. 
      4. Guaranteed Next Day (Tuesday to Saturday) Delivery (£7.95)  (for orders placed Monday to Friday by 2pm, these will be dispatched the same day, for orders placed after 2pm on Friday to 2pm Monday, these will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery . This service is a fully tracked service and requires a signature. 

      REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY OPTION 

      1.  Standard Shipping (£6.50) using Royal Mail International. This will take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive with you. This service is not tracked and will not require a signature. 

      Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to delays due to customs checks. 

      Taxes (VAT) and a clearance fee on orders containing adult Items will be due and and you as the purchaser will be responsible for the payment of any such fees on request prior to delivery of items. For more information, please contact your local customs office.   

      CHANNEL ISLANDS & ISLE OF MAN DELIVERY OPTION

        Unfortunately my slip free shoes for my little girl got a hole in them after 1 week and all the metallic print came off disappointing they only lasted one week and had to be binned.

        Hope you are well.

        We are so very sorry the seam split on the side of your shoes after your holiday. This is not what is usually experienced with Slipfree®. This may have been caused if the sizing wasn't quite right and they were on the tighter side for the wearer. alternatively it could have been a very rare defect in the stitching.

        With regards to the foil fading, we do appreciate it's dissapointing if the foil fades over time as they do look so fabulous when the foil is in tact, however thankfully this only affects the shoes cosmetically and any fading on the finny design would reveal a lovely ombre rainbow pattern. We do make customers aware of this before they make their purchase as foil-prints are not as durable, and the effects of heat, friction and being in contact with water may cause fading and wear. The fading can also be accelerated by how much contact the upper fabric has with the ground as opposed to just the soles in the way a child can play or move as well as the differing levels of chlorine in different pools which can be minimised by rinsing thoroughly after each wear.

        We are delighted we could replace the shoes for your that had split and hope your daughter continues to enjoy the benefits of her Slipfrees.

        Very poor quality this time

        I always buy slipfree shoes for my kids and normally rave about them but these ones are surprisingly poor quality which is really disappointing. They're been worn approx 8 hours over 5 days on holiday in a swimming pool and the colour has already faded (I did expect this as per item description but not after just 5 days), a hole is wearing near the toes, the leathery material underneath has holes in it and the stitching has come undone as well. Meanwhile my younger daughters ones still look like new, despite being worn for the same amount of time on this holiday plus two previous holidays by my older daughter.

        We were so sorry to hear you had an issue with your shoes on this occasion. This is not what is usually expereinced and we are glad to have made contact with you to rectify this.

        The soles of Slipfree are thin and flexible to allow the wearer a barefoot feel and to allow the wearer to easily swim in them. With regards to the holes forming under the toe area, this can be caused (usually over a longer period of time) if a child applies more pressure through their toes than evenly across the whole sole of the foot in the way they walk, run or play, this can sometimes be seen on only one foot depending on how/where the most pressure is applied and is specific to the wearer which is why you may see this on one child but not another when using them in the same places. This can often change as a child grows. Such wear can also be accelerated by the temperature underfoot as well as the abrasiveness of surfaces worn on.

        We could see from the images you shared, holes forming right at the ends where the big toe sits, which can be caused if the sizing isn't quite right, for example if there is not quite enough wiggle room in the toe area. The force of the big toe on the front seam repeatedly when a child runs and stops suddenly can cause pressure that eventually will start to open.

        We are delighted we could replace the shoes for you with a bigger size and hope that they will continue to protect your little ones feet.

        Could have been brilliant but didn’t last

        The actual product is brilliant… fitted well and comfortably, stopped our child from slipping and is a great design. However, they didn’t last the holiday, developing holes in the sole after 4 days of use. I would have liked her to be able to use them again or, at the very least, lasted the duration of the holiday they were bought for. A little disappointing. I hope the design becomes more durable in the future.

Sometimes if we see wear on the front seams, this can lead us to check that the sizing is correct and the foot is not causing too much pressure, which over time can cause the seam to open.

        Brought these for holiday

        I brought these for holiday, they were great. We are 3 days into holiday- my older child (aged 7) have been brilliant, my 4 year olds have fallen apart and the bottom of the shoe has worn away.
